For the utilization of our braided threads, we make a careful selection of raw materials. The natural ones are cotton, linen, and jute, the synthetic ones are nylon, polyester, 100% recycled polyester, polypropylene and rayon. We use them as a single component or mixing them with other materials.
We produce braided threads in a wide range of thicknesses, from 0.5mm to 20mm in multiple finishes and specific technical treatments for each application or final use.
Wide range of colors, specific color for each raw material. We also study any color in our laboratory according to sample or pantone.
The threads are packaged in metered spools or bobbins.

High tenacity polyester braided threads with waxed finish are for moccasins, soles and leather goods sewing. The special waxed finish prevents the thread ends from unravelling or breaking. The thread stabilization process offers very low elongation properties that facilitates very tight stiches and knots.
It is recommended for the hand sewing of moccasins uppers, leather goods as well as thick, hard and difficult-to-sew materials.

Light waxed Polyester braided thread for special machine sewn moccasins, Opanka box soles and Blake & Rapid stitching. This treatment has been engineered with a predetermined wax content through a calibrated waxing process thus offering a very smooth gliding finish which prevents machine soiling, stitch run-off, and most importantly, the thread does not stain delicate leather.
It is recommended for stitching on special machines developed exclusively for moccasins, uppers, Opanka box soles and flat Goodyear soles. It is an ideal thread for Blake and Rapid sole stitching.

It is used for high speed ornamental and decorative seams on footwear and leather goods. Its low stretch characteristics, soft finish and superior lubrication, that does not wear away the machine parts, offer exceptional sewing performance in high speed sewing machines allowing you to produce an attractive, controlled seam on leather footwear and leather goods. It can be used for all kind of stitching such as Blake, San Crispino, apache and ideal, and also for moccasins, soles, rands and welts.
